OMNIPURE Marine Sewage Treatment uses electrochemical cell

OMNIPURE Sewage treatment systems are the only sewage system that treats sewage water in electrochemical cell and also generates NaOCI to disinfect marine waste streams. The treatment units by Omnipure provides electrolytic treatment to black and grey water, the process is patented. The capacity of OMNIPURE systems ranges from 781 to 15,842 gallons a day and also the individual treatment units can be combined to provide increased unit capacity.

OMNIPURE’s marine sanitation is extreme versatile that can be installed on vessels or can be fixed on marine offshore platforms. This versatile sanitation device consists of pre assembled Shedule 80 PVC piping, mounting skid, control panel, valve works, bookcell, tanks, macerator and power supply. The unit features replaceable piping that is divided into sections via unions, ball valves and flanges. OMNIPURE unit includes piping and valves that meets industry standards.

OMNIPURE machinery range is divided in various categories that meet different application purposes. The 6, 7, 8 and 12 MC units are offered with attributes that suite drilling platforms and other small vessels. All of the product range features a compact design that can be fitted in compact spaces. Being light and compact the machinery can be configures along sideways, hatches and tight spaces.

The X series consists of 2MX and 15MX. These units meet larger applications. The X series are for larger offshore demands that can be easy disassembled to quick change its position.

The OMNIPURE MX series is extended to be called it as MXMP. 12MXMP and 15MXMP have similar treatment capability to the MX but has Automated Maintenance features. The auto maintenance feature is the only difference between the MX and the MXMP series.

12MXPM and 15MXPM are the process modules are made available with same processing capabilities like other OMNIPURE offerings. Tanks are manufactured and placed in places with tight space and where it’s difficult to install machinery.
